Scott Ife is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product strategy and management within the financial services and insurance industries, currently serving as the AVP and Head of Product Strategy and Support at Manulife since August 2015. Ife's leadership has driven profitable sales growth, improved sales team efficiency, and facilitated agile product development. Previously, Ife led various strategic roles at Manulife and Manulife Bank of Canada, including positions focused on client retention, competitive intelligence, and retail lending. With roots in marketing and operations management, Ife has a robust educational background, holding an MBA in Marketing from Ivey Business School and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.
