Shaima Bashoeb

Shaima Bashoeb is currently the Director of Enterprise Productivity Management at Manulife. They previously held various roles including Senior Manager of Customer Journey Design & Enablement at TD, where they focused on process excellence. Shaima has experience as a Business Process Analyst at McDaniel Partners and RSA Canada. They began their career as an intern in the Investment Banking Division at NCB Capital and served as a Financial Officer and Business Analyst for the Effat Business Student Association. Shaima earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance & Accounting from Effat University with First Honors.
