Stephen Pickford

Stephen Pickford is a Global Business Continuity Director with extensive experience in project management and IT. They previously held positions including Business Analyst/Project Coordinator at Fidelity Investments Canada, and served as Global Business Continuity Director at Manulife, where they established and oversaw critical business continuity strategies. Stephen co-authored a presentation on IT Disaster Recovery at the 2018 Continuity Insights Management Conference and has been instrumental in optimizing disaster recovery processes across global divisions.
