Deepak Kapoor

Deepak Kapoor is an experienced professional with a diverse work history. Deepak is the Founder and CEO of BDLex since 2015, where they brought digital legal research tools to Bangladesh. Prior to this, they founded and served as CEO of Manupatra Information Solutions pvt. Ltd since 2000. At Manupatra, they pioneered online legal research in India and established it as the largest content aggregator of Indian and International legal documents. In 2017, Mr. Kapoor founded and became CEO of LawSkills, an online platform that aims to bridge the gap between legal education and the profession. Before that, they served as CEO of Altivolus Infotech Pvt. Ltd. from 2000 to 2010 and as AVP at HDFC Bank from 1998 to 2000. Deepak held various leadership positions at companies such as 20th century finance, Batlival and karani, India Glycols Limited, Delhi, and International Equity Partners, L.P. throughout their early career.

Deepak Kapoor completed their high school education at St. Columba's School from 1970 to 1981. Deepak then attended Shri Ram College of Commerce from 1981 to 1984, though the specific degree or field of study is unknown. Lastly, they pursued a PGDIM in Finance at the International Management Institute - IMI from 1985 to 1986.
