Wesley Gilbert

Wesley Gilbert is an experienced talent acquisition leader currently serving as the VP of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding at Manychat since June 2025. Previously, Wesley was the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at On from December 2019 to March 2024, successfully building and managing a global recruitment team of over 50 members and scaling the company from 300 to 3,000 employees in four years. Prior roles include Sourcing Manager for EMEA at Uber, where Wesley established the first corporate sourcing team and contributed to scaling the workforce from 2,500 to over 25,000 in less than four years. Wesley also held a talent acquisition role at Google, enhancing employer branding initiatives and supporting high-volume hiring. Educational credentials include an Executive Education in Leadership & Strategy from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Acting from Middlesex University.
