Behdad Eghbali

Behdad Eghbali serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Diligent.

Behdad is Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Clearlake Capital Group LP which currently has approximately $10 billion of assets under management, and its senior investment principals have led or co-led more than 100 investments.

Using a sector-focused approach, Clearlake seeks to partner with world-class management teams by providing patient, long-term capital to dynamic businesses that can benefit from Clearlake’s operational transformation approach. The firm’s core target sectors are software and technology-enabled services, industrials and energy, and consumers.

Behdad received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
