Manzanos Enterprises is the holding company of the Fernández de Manzanos family, a family business with entrepreneurial roots dating back to 1890, when the family began producing wine from its own vineyards in Northern Spain.

Now in its fifth generation, the company has evolved from a traditional wine business into a diversified business group through international expansion, diversification and a long-term business vision.

Over time, Manzanos Enterprises has invested in, operated and developed businesses across different industries, including wineries and wine production (Manzanos Wines group), luxury car dealerships (Porsche), bottled water (Mineraqua), mobility and boats (Manzanos Mobility & DBoat), industrial services, entertainment and hospitality, and real estate development.

Manzanos Enterprises focuses on long-term investment, active business management, international expansion and diversification, investing in real assets and real businesses where the group can create value through management, strategy and long-term vision.

In recent years, the group has expanded its activity into real estate development, focusing on residential projects in areas with strong industrial activity and a clear shortage of new housing, contributing to the economic and social development of the regions where it operates.

Manzanos Enterprises is not just a company — it represents five generations of entrepreneurs building, operating and growing businesses with a long-term vision.
