Sharon Mintzer is currently serving as the Chief Product Officer at Ir-Medina, a role they have held since 2025. Previously, Sharon worked in strategic and economic planning for the Ministry of Health in Israel from 2018 to 2019, and as an Employment Joint Venture Liaison at MAOZ from 2019 to 2022. Sharon has also led research and strategic teams during their career. Academically, Sharon earned a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem (2017-2019) and a Master’s degree in Leadership and Management of Education Systems from Bar-Ilan University (2020-2022).
