Andrea Hernandez

Andrea Hernandez has over eight years of experience in customer service, specializing in customer experience roles. Currently, Andrea serves as a Customer Experience Agent at MAP Communications since January 2020. Prior to this, Andrea worked at Stericycle as a Customer Experience Agent from December 2018 to December 2019 and held the position of Bilingual Customer Service Representative at Ross and Matthews PC from June 2015 to April 2018. Andrea is an alumna of Tarrant County College.
