Jodi Tapics

Jodi Tapics is a seasoned professional in client services with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Client Services at MAP Communications since October 2019, Jodi previously held the position of Director of Client Services - Canada at Stericycle Communication Solutions from January 2014 to October 2019. Prior to that, Jodi was the National Customer Care Manager at TigerTel and has also held various positions at Shaw Communications, culminating in roles ranging from Supervisor to Customer Service Representative. Jodi's expertise encompasses customer care leadership, team motivation, and the development of best practices, backed by a solid educational background from NAIT and the University of Waterloo.
