Rizwan Bhutta

Rizwan Bhutta is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in engineering and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at MAP Communications since January 2019, Rizwan also holds a position on the Board of Directors. Prior experience includes various positions at Old Dominion University from November 2001 to January 2019, culminating in the role of Assistant Director and Enterprise Architect, along with managerial and engineering responsibilities. Rizwan holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from NWFP University of Engineering and Technology.
