Terri Spence Cd

Terri Spence, CD, CEH, is an accomplished Information Security Administrator at MAP Communications since September 2009, focusing on enhancing home agent setups and transitioning away from Virtual Machines. Prior to this role, Terri served as a Remote Support Engineer and Team Leader at CenterBeam Inc, earning recognition for outstanding customer service and the ability to simplify complex technical issues. Terri also contributed significantly to the education of aspiring IT professionals as the Lead Network Administration and Security Instructor at the Computer Training Institute from 2000 to 2004. Beginning a career as an Avionics Technician with the Dept of National Defence, Terri gained extensive experience in repairing aircraft communication and radar systems. Terri is a graduate of Saint John High School.
