Crosby Allison has more than 25 years of experience in business development and sales roles for technology, manufacturing and services businesses large and small.

In the past 10 years, he has been working with business owners of mid-market companies across a variety of industries to develop their growth and exit strategies. This experience, in addition to working as a counselor with the Small Business Development Center of Northern CA, has made him well aware of the challenges and concerns faced by the leaders of companies today. He knows firsthand that no matter what the industry, a business plan is only as good as its ongoing refinement and the skills of the people who will carry it out.
