Michael Graff

Michael Graff has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Michael is currently serving as the Director of Business Development at MAP Engineering Services, where their responsibilities include growing the company's business, finding new opportunities, and managing marketing strategies. Prior to this, Michael worked as an Instructor at Merton Arrowhead School District and Slinger High School, where they developed and implemented curriculum and mentored students. Michael also served as the President of the Slinger Education Association, where they facilitated discussions on district improvements and acted as a mediator for school-related challenges. Additionally, Michael worked as a Medical Sales Representative at Transdermal Therapeutics, where they marketed pain management products to healthcare professionals. As an Assistant Varsity Football Coach at Slinger High School, they focused on team development and co-led the team to a State Championship. Michael Graff has a Master of Education (MEd) in Leadership of Education and Administration from Marian University of Fond du Lac. Michael also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biology & Health Sciences - Human Anatomy & Physiology from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Additionally, they completed the Teacher Enhancement Program in Biotechnology & Genetics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they served as a Lead Teacher/Facilitator for a CEU Program. Michael later obtained a Master of Arts (MA) in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from Marian University of Fond du Lac. Michael Graff holds certifications as a Licensed Teacher in Biology, Life Sciences & Health, and also as a Principal from the State of Wisconsin.
