Phil Bliss

Phil Bliss is a Commercial Manager currently overseeing projects at Latos Data Centres while also serving as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Map Group (UK). Previously, they held roles such as Commercial Director at MCI&T Limited and Commercial and Procurement Manager at Waldon Telecom, where they managed various telecom deployment projects. Phil began their career as a Junior Quantity Surveyor at Kinsler & Partners LLP and advanced through positions, gaining expertise in cost management for telecommunications networks. They earned a Diploma in Surveying Practice from the University of Reading.
