Paul Ryder is a Chartered Accountant (FCA) and Certified Management Consultant (CMC) specializing in climate and credit risk. They are currently the CFO and founder of Map Impact, focusing on nature and climate risk data solutions for financial services. Previously, Paul served as CFO and founder of ASPACE Solutions, where they led cybersecurity initiatives and facilitated an exit to a US NASDAQ-listed acquirer. Their experience also includes roles at PwC as a management consultant, at A&R Chartered Accountants as a partner in CFO advisory, and as a financial controller at HSBC, where they managed statutory reporting and regulatory compliance. Paul began their career as an accountant and auditor at BDO.
