Chad Smith

Chad Smith has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Chad began their career at Cincinnati Nature Center as a Public Relations and Communications Intern, where they assisted with fundraising efforts and marketing programs. Chad then moved on to TQL, a logistics company, where they worked as a Logistics Account Executive, managing multiple customer freight requests and negotiating rates to ensure profitable margins. After that, Chad joined Fifth Third Bank as a Service To Solutions Specialist, focusing on providing personalized customer care and promoting additional banking products and services. Most recently, they worked at Map Your Show, starting as an Account Manager and later transitioning to a Senior Account Manager and Integration Project Manager role. In these positions, Chad facilitated discussions between clients and vendors, trained users on software, and maximized event efficiency for trade shows.

Chad Smith completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History from Kenyon College, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Chad then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Arts in Teaching with a specialization in Secondary Social Studies from Earlham College, studying there from 2009 to 2011.
