Stephen Ghand has a diverse work history in the fields of software development, multimedia design, and IT analysis. Stephen began their career as a Unix Team Co-op at Ethicon Endo-Surgery in 2003, where they updated and revised the Virtual Private Network web page. Stephen then worked as a Networking Team Co-op, managing a project to improve computer and network performance by converting Network Interface Cards to auto-negotiate.
