Matthew Kelley

Matthew Kelley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in growth and strategy within the infrastructure and construction sectors. Currently serving as Director of Growth & Strategy at map16 Asset Management Ltd since September 2025, Matthew has previously held significant roles at Brightly Software as a Public Infrastructure Technology Solutions director and Client Engagement Director, as well as a Director of Highways at Capita Local Public Services. Matthew's career includes leadership positions at Amey and Ringway Infrastructure Services, where responsibilities encompassed bid management and divisional oversight. Earlier experiences also include operational leadership at J. Robert Nolan, LLC, and business development roles at Botany Bay, Inc. and Crowder Construction Company. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Towson University, alongside further education at the FMI Young Managers Institute and in PFI contract standardization.
