MAPA Turbines provide Component Repair and Coatings services for industrial gas turbine parts. Our in-house processes enable the safe recovery and reliable life extension of B/E- as well as F-class technology blades, vanes, turbine combustion and large sheet metal components.

MAPA Turbines boasts state-of-the-art facilities covering 5,000m2, housing a wide range of specialized NDT, repair, and thermal spray processes, including HVOF/APS coatings and vacuum heat treatment.

Located in the vibrant university city of Lublin, Poland, MAPA Turbines is proud to build upon a strong foundation and legacy that spans over 21 years.

In 2002, Elbar BV pioneered gas turbine component repairs in Poland, setting the stage for a journey of excellence.

In 2008, these endeavors continued as part of Sulzer's Turbo Services group, contributing to our extensive expertise.

Fast forward to September 2023, and under new management and ownership, MAPA Turbines is thrilled to carry forward over two decades of knowledge and experience into an exciting future.

Our dedicated executive team comprises Pawel Krol (Operations & Engineering), Maurice Rutten (Sales) and Iwona Stolarska (Finance). Together with our excellent employees, we are fully committed to establishing a service organisation at its very core, with a simple mission: delivering beyond expectations.

Located just 1.5 hours southeast of Warsaw, our EU base provides the advantage of uncomplicated logistics, making us an "easy-to-do-business-with" platform.

Whether you're based in Europe or beyond, we invite you to come and see us. Our proximity to major European airports allows for convenient one-day visits to inspect your parts or experience our capabilities in real time.

Connect with us to see and hear what MAPA Turbines is all about, and let's shape the future of turbine component repair together!
