Amir Abdullah

Amir Abdullah is an accomplished associate professor of mechanical engineering specializing in advanced manufacturing technology at Amirkabir University of Technology since January 2023. With an extensive career, Amir has served as a senior consultant at MAPNA Turbine Engineering and Manufacturing Co. (TUGA) since September 1998 and has held various consulting roles in turbine and compressor manufacturing companies from July 1989 to March 2012. Amir's academic tenure at Amirkabir University dates back to July 1989, where concurrent roles included associate professor and previously as a professor until July 2010. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sharif University of Technology and both M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Advanced Manufacturing Technology from The University of Manchester, where Amir's studies commenced in September 1983.
