Beth Kuess has worked in the sales and customer success fields since 1995. Beth began their career as a Sales Development and Training Manager at Cox AutoTrader/AutoMart.com from 1995 to 2014. In 2014, they joined Contact At Once! as a Business Development Account Executive, where they specialized in chat software sales directed at the Commercial Dealers, including Motorcycle, Boat, RV, and Big Truck Industries. Beth also was responsible for Mobile Text Connect sales to the print industry including Photo Guides, newspapers, and Direct Mail Campaigns. Beth then moved to the role of Sales Manager:Recreational & Commercial Accounts, where they were responsible for two Sales Representatives' daily activity, revenue, and CRM documentation. Beth was then promoted to Major Accounts Manager, where they managed major automotive dealer group accounts, identified potential revenue opportunities, and improved dealer group performance. Beth was recognized for their contributions to company initiatives by being awarded the "Strategic Account Award" for 2017 for Exceptional work and development with a new OEM account. In 2018, they joined MapAnything, Inc. as a Client Success Manager and Account Manager. Finally, in 2019, they joined Salesforce as a Principal Escalation Manager, Escalation Manager, and Portfolio Success Manager.

Beth Kuess obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1993. Beth also obtained a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce in September 2019.
