Robert M.

Robert M. has a diverse work experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. Robert is currently the Chief Global Strategy Officer at MAPay, LLC since March 2023. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director at Armour Life Sciences from October 2019. At Armour Life Sciences, they demonstrated extensive knowledge of cross-functional priorities and operational nuances, and excelled at aligning resources and driving collaboration and results. Before that, Robert held various executive positions at Horizon Pharma from 2010 to 2019, including the role of Sr. Vice President Global Business Operations and External Affairs. Robert was responsible for global business operations, external affairs, and real estate and facilities planning. From 2009 to 2010, they worked at Horizon Therapeutics as the Vice President of Business Operations, where they oversaw commercial planning and implementation activities, organizational design and development, and established key contacts with key stakeholders in the emerging biotechnology ecosystem in the Chicagoland area. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Commercial Operations at IDM Pharma from 2007 to 2009, leading commercial operations planning and execution, pricing and reimbursement strategies, and market research and planning across European countries. Robert also worked at NeoPharm, Inc. as the Sr. Director of Commercial Operations from 2005 to 2007, and at Searle Pharmaceuticals as the Business Director from 1990 to 2004.

Robert M. attended Lake Forest High School from 1982 to 1986. Robert then enrolled at Marietta College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and Economics from 1986 to 1990.
