Bob Larue

Bob LaRue has extensive work experience in human resources and business management. Bob has held senior director roles in various companies, including Mapbox, AVEVA, OSIsoft, and FormFactor Inc. Throughout their career, they have provided strategic HR support, led global HR business partner teams, and developed policies and practices for company growth and transition. Additionally, they have experience in talent development, recruitment, and program management. Bob LaRue began their career as a mechanical engineer at Pacific Gas & Electric and gradually transitioned into business management roles.

Bob LaRue attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 1981 to 1986, earning a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. In 1989, they obtained the certification of Professional Mechanical Engineer (PE) from the state of California. Recently, in December 2020, they became a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, completing the program offered by Prosci.
