Ira Opal

Ira Opal is a User Experience Researcher with extensive experience in defining product strategies and leading user research, currently working at Mapbox since January 2022. Previously, Ira held the position of Senior UX Researcher at Myntra Jabong from October 2019 to December 2021 and contributed to user experience research at Mapbox from September 2018 to June 2019. Ira's background also includes consulting roles with the Mayor's Office of Civic Innovation, focusing on digital services and organizational strategies for city projects. With a foundation in design management, Ira has managed multiple design projects in architecture and interior design, achieving high client satisfaction. Educationally, Ira holds an MBA in Design Strategy from California College of the Arts and a Bachelor of Architecture from RV College of Engineering.
