Kristin Martz

Kristin Martz has extensive experience in total rewards, HR operations, and people operations. Kristin is currently working as the Global Head of Total Rewards and HR Operations at Mapbox since November 2021. Kristin Martz holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Brandman University, which they earned from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended UC Santa Barbara from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology.
