John Cruz

John Cruz, AICP, is currently serving as a Senior Planner at the Metropolitan Area Planning Council, where John focuses on promoting smart growth and regional collaboration in Greater Boston. Prior to this, John taught Geographic Information Systems at the Brown School at Washington University in St. Louis and served as a City Planner at the City of Crestwood. With a background in web development and data management, John has also worked in various positions such as a Data Management Coordinator at Rise and a Web Developer at Face3 Media. John holds a Master of Urban Planning and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Web Development.
