Luli Alvarez is currently the Assistant Director of Arts and Culture at the Metropolitan Area Planning Council (MAPC). They have served as the Communication and Community Outreach Manager for the City of Chelsea, where they supported strategic planning during the COVID-19 pandemic and contributed to significant initiatives like Chelsea Eats, the country's largest universal basic income program. Previously, Luli worked with the Centro de Periodismo Investigativo in Puerto Rico and held various roles in communications, including managing social media and coordinating events.
