Jeffrey Scott Cooper

Jeffrey Scott Cooper has extensive experience in GIS mapping and technical roles, currently serving as a GIS Mapping Technician at Mapcom Systems since November 2009, where responsibilities include converting telephone distribution records and addressing GPS solution issues for clients. Prior experience includes roles as a CAD Operator in the Survey Division at Youngblood, Tyler & Associates from 2003 to 2008, and as a CADD/Mapping Technician and later Systems Admin at NXL Construction Services from 1997 to 2002. Beginning a career at Mapcom Systems in 1988, Jeffrey progressed to roles such as Lead CAD Technician and GPS Data Coordinator. Educational qualifications include a BS and AS in Engineering Technology and Drafting and Design from West Virginia University Institute of Technology.
