Roberto Cavicchini is an experienced IT executive with a strong background in digital transformation and strategic planning. Currently serving as the CIO and Corporate IT Director at Mapei since August 2018, Roberto is responsible for IT planning, policy development, and overall digital strategy. Prior to this role, Roberto held the position of Group CIO at Wittur Elevator Components/Sematic SpA from May 2014 to July 2018, contributing to major digital initiatives as a member of the Senior Management Team. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior IT Manager at Medtronic, where Roberto managed global strategies and departmental planning, and as Project Manager at Onion, focusing on CRM and asset management projects.
