Adolfo Ruiz

Service Desk Manager

Adolfo Ruiz has extensive experience in IT project management, currently serving as Service Desk Manager and IT Project Manager at MAPFRE since January 2009, focusing on SAP project management for Ambulatory Care Hospitals. Prior to MAPFRE, Adolfo held various roles at Hoteles Hesperia S.A. from January 2003 to December 2008, including IT Project Manager and ABAP4 Developer. Adolfo also worked as IT Manager at Hotel Hesperia Madrid from 2001 to 2003. Academically, Adolfo holds a B.S. in Statistics from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and an Expert in Business Management Techniques from Universidad Francisco de Vitoria. Currently, Adolfo is pursuing an IT Engineering degree at Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia.
