Alejandro Poleo is currently the Director of Operations at MAPFRE Costa Rica, a position held since 2019. Previously, Alejandro served as the Operations Manager at MAPFRE ASISTENCIA from 2015 to 2019, overseeing the management of the provider network and contact center.
