Alyssa Hansen

Alyssa Hansen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Since 2006, Alyssa has held various leadership positions at MAPFRE, currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition and previously as a Senior HR Manager/Business Partner. In this role, Alyssa has acted as a strategic business partner, focusing on aligning departmental strategies with HR initiatives, including performance management, employee relations, compensation, development plans, and employee engagement. Prior to MAPFRE, Alyssa worked at Boston Financial Data Services from 2003 to 2005, where roles included Manager of Talent Acquisition Recruiting, Senior Recruiter, and Recruiter. Educational credentials include a degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
