Belén Pérez Box has extensive experience in the media and communications sector, having worked as a news editor, scriptwriter, and content manager at RTVE from January to October 2003, and as an editor at Agencia EFE in July 2002. Belén co-founded LoveMotif in February 2020, and previously held a position at Servimedia focused on communications and public relations in late 2004. At Sage Group, roles included Colleague Experience Responsible and Communication, Engagement & Employee Experience Specialist from October 2018 to November 2021, as well as Internal Communication Consultant and Personal Assistant to the CEO in earlier years. Currently, Belén works in the Leadership & Culture/Corporate & People Area at MAPFRE. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a Bachelor's degree in Humanities from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, supplemented by mindfulness training from CORAOPS.
