Buffie Nault-Beck

Buffie Nault-Beck is a Manager of Training Design and Delivery at MAPFRE Insurance, having previously served as Supervisor of Training where they led a team of Training Specialists. Buffie has extensive experience in the insurance industry, including roles at Commerce Insurance and Leschke-Puffer Insurance Agency, where they held multiple supervisory positions. They earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management, graduating summa cum laude from Nichols College, and are currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Training and Performance Improvement at Capella University, maintaining a perfect 4.0 GPA.
