Celso Godoy

Celso Godoy is currently the Coordenador de Formação em Operações at MAPFRE, where they focus on enhancing the technical and behavioral development of team members while fostering a culture of continuous learning and sustainable results. They have experience in people management, prioritizing dialogue and teamwork to achieve high performance and ensure excellence in internal customer service. Prior to MAPFRE, Celso worked as an auxiliary administrator at Unimed São Carlos from 2010 to 2012, contributing to payment and profit reporting. Celso holds a degree in Marketing from Universidade Paulista and is pursuing an MBA in Trends Innovation at Ecossistema Inova.
