Cesar Luengo Ferrera is currently the Subdirector General Clientes y CX at MAPFRE, where they focus on creating innovative ways to meet client needs. With a passion for listening to customers and building emotional connections, they previously held positions including Subdirector Customer Experience and Director Territorial Seguros Generales at MAPFRE from 2006 to 2016.
