Claudia Velez has more than three decades of experience in the financial sector, holding various executive roles in multinational institutions such as Banco Santander, Banco Corpbanca, and Banco Itaú. They have served on nine boards, including MAPFRE and PRESENTE, where they currently preside over the Liquidity Committee. As the Vice President of Talent, Experience, and Commercial at Tuya S.A, they led initiatives in customer experience and agile digital transformation. Claudia's expertise encompasses business strategy, human talent management, and innovative commercial models, contributing to exceptional team performance and recognition in the industry. They hold an MBA in Digital Transformation and Agility from Universidad EAFIT.
