Dao Truong is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the insurance and IT sectors, currently serving as Vice President of Insurance Operations at MAPFRE since 2009. With a strong background in managing large teams and annual budgets, Dao oversees mission-critical systems supporting over $2 billion in Direct Written Premium across multiple states and lines of business. Previous roles include Assistant Vice President of Insurance Operations and various IT leadership positions, where responsibilities spanned application development, quality assurance, and resource management across international locations.
