David A. has over two decades of experience in the information technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently holding the position of Subdirector de tecnologías de la información at MAPFRE since May 2003, David A. has advanced through various roles, including Jefe Departamento TI, Operation Manager for Implementaciones y Despliegues, Gerente Cuenta Internacional, and Responsable de comunicaciones. Prior to joining MAPFRE, David A. worked at Jazztel from January 1996 to May 2003, where responsibilities included Técnico Senior Comunicaciones for voice services in the Contact Center and overseeing operations as Responsable Operaciones Contact Center.
