Dawn Harrington

Dawn Harrington is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in end-user support and desktop technology management. Currently serving as Senior Manager End User Services at MAPFRE since 2006, Dawn oversees end-user support functions and desktop technology architecture while ensuring high customer satisfaction through effective use of technology and staff training. Prior to this role, Dawn was Desktop Services Supervisor at Commerce Insurance from 2003 to 2006. Dawn holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Nichols College.
