Dena Briggs

Dena Briggs (Olejniczak) is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, project management, and leadership. Currently serving as a Human Resources Manager and Business Partner at MAPFRE Insurance Company Inc. since December 2017, Dena also leads initiatives within the Women's Leadership Network to empower female leaders and foster personal career growth. With a background in the US Army as a Human Resources and Drill Instructor NCO since January 1995, Dena has developed strong leadership skills and project management expertise, including roles as a Senior Project Analyst and Project Analyst. Dena holds an MBA in Project Management from Post University and a BBA in Business Management and Human Resources from Worcester State University.
