Dulce Perez

Dulce Perez is the Regional Human Resources Manager at Mapfre, where they oversee HR activities for the Northern Region of Mexico. They have extensive experience in various HR areas, particularly personnel administration, benefits and compensation, recruitment, and employee relations. Prior to their current role, Dulce worked as a Personnel Administration Coordinator at GOC, achieving significant improvements in labor relations. They also held HR positions at Quantum Capital and Hilton Guadalajara, and served as an instructor at Universidad Autónoma del Noreste. Dulce holds an MBA from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey and a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Administration from Universidad Mesoamericana.
