Ebru Herviz

Ebru Herviz is currently the Müşteri Hizmetleri, Oto ve Bireysel Sigortalar Hasar Direktörü at MAPFRE, a role they have held since 2022. Prior to this, Ebru served as Head of Supplier Management Department at MAPFRE Insurance from 2020 to 2022 and was the Head of Motor Claims at Unico Sigorta from 2018 to 2020. Ebru also accumulated over two decades of experience in claims management at ERGO SİGORTA from 1996 to 2017. Ebru is pursuing a degree in Psychology at Northwestern University, having previously studied Business Administration and Management at Kocaeli Üniversitesi from 1991 to 1995.
