Edward L. Timmes

Edward L. Timmes, CPA, is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in managing complex financial and operational projects. As Managing Director, CFO, and Private Equity Advisory Services at TCE Associates Consulting, LLC since 2005, Edward has successfully navigated sensitive regulatory and succession issues. Edward serves on the Board of Directors for Mapfre-USA, an insurance company under MAPFRE Group S. A., and previously contributed as an Advisory Board Member for VIZZIA Technologies and held executive roles at NTT Ltd., NYFIX, AT&T, and PwC. Edward's career includes significant achievements in governance, risk management, and compliance, particularly during tenure at KEANE, where strategic transformations and successful remediation efforts were implemented.
