Elif Ö. graduated from Marmara University with a degree in Labor Economics and Industrial Relations. They began their professional journey in 2008 as a Senior Recruiter at Metropol International Consulting Company before joining MAPFRE in 2011, where they advanced through various HR roles, culminating as the People and Organization Director since July 2020. Elif is actively involved in several professional organizations, including the Women Entrepreneurs Association of Turkey and the Human Management Association of Turkey, and contributes to multiple working groups focused on women's representation in the insurance sector. Currently, Elif continues their education at İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi.
