Elsa G. is an IT Manager and Head of IT Backend Development at MAPFRE, currently training for PMP certification. With over ten years of experience in IT project management, they have successfully led cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies and various project management frameworks. Previously, Elsa held roles such as Team Leader and Project Manager at QUIXA and worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Axa Mediterranean Systems. They earned a Licenciatura and a Mestrado in Computer and Information Sciences from Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia da Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
