Gissel Pena

Gissel Pena, AINS, AIS, is a Certified Business Architect (CBA) with extensive experience in the insurance industry. They currently serve as a Business Architect and Product Owner at MAPFRE, where they analyze and develop innovative solutions and products. Previously, Gissel worked as a Business Consultant at MAPFRE, conducting extensive testing and working with Guidewire systems, and held roles such as Underwriter and Business Analyst at various insurance companies. Gissel holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo and multiple certifications from Quinsigamond Community College.
