James Marino

James Marino has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Senior Claims Consultant in the Commercial/Complex Division at MAPFRE Insurance Company since March 2014. In this role, James independently manages high exposure claims and litigation across various lines of coverage, while collaborating with the team to enhance organizational processes and meet productivity goals. Prior to this, James worked as a Claims Consultant focusing on casualty claims, where responsibilities included investigating coverage and damages for auto and homeowner insurance policies and ensuring fair claim settlements. James began a career in insurance as a Litigation Adjuster at MAPFRE U.S.A. Corp. from May 2005 to October 2019. James holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management and Administration from Assumption College, completed in 1988.
