Jane Mertturk

Jane Mertturk is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data management and customer relationship management. Currently serving as Chief Data Officer and Clients and Marketing Director at MAPFRE since February 2011, Jane has also held significant roles at Allianz Sigorta A.Ş. as CRM and Customer Service Group Manager, where responsibility included establishing the CRM and Customer Care Center Departments. Previous positions include Manager of the Quality System Department at Tanı İletişim ve Pazarlama A.Ş. and Supervisor in the System and Strategic Planning Department at Koçfinans. Jane holds an MSc in International Business from London South Bank University and a BS in Business Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
